Your first stop is Chonghua Wing Chun Kung Fu School, a well-known Wing Chun academy in Foshan. Here, you will enjoy a one-hour Wing Chun training experience with a local instructor.
The school follows the Ip Man Wing Chun lineage and represents the traditional development of Foshan Wing Chun culture. During the class, you will learn about the history and philosophy of Wing Chun, a martial art known for its balance of offense and defense, as well as the combination of strength and flexibility.

Foshan Lingnan World
Your second stop is Lingnan Tiandi, a restored historic and cultural district located next to Zumiao Temple. Here, we will enjoy a traditional Cantonese dim sum lunch, including local favorites such as shrimp dumplings, steamed pork dumplings, and deep-fried milk custard.
Foshan is well known for its rich culinary traditions. The Ancestral Temple
Your third stop is Foshan Ancestral Temple, one of the most important cultural landmarks in Foshan. First, you will enjoy a one-hour live Kung Fu and Lion Dance performance, featuring powerful martial arts demonstrations and traditional Southern Lion Dance techniques. This exciting show allows you to experience the energy and spirit of authentic Lingnan martial arts culture.
After the performance, we will explore the temple’s cultural exhibitions, including the Ip Man Hall, Huang Feihong Memorial Hall, and displays related to Bruce Lee’s Kung Fu heritage. You will learn about the development of Southern Kung Fu and discover why Foshan is known as one of the birthplaces of Chinese martial arts culture.

Your final stop is Zhongyi Hall in Foshan, an important Lion Dance heritage center dedicated to preserving Southern Lion Dance, a recognized Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage. The center is well known for its traditional Three-Star Southern Lion style and plays an important role in promoting Lingnan Lion Dance culture.
During this 90-minute experience, you will learn about the history and cultural meaning of Lion Dance, discover the craftsmanship behind making lion heads, practice basic lion dance movements, and try traditional drumming techniques. This hands-on experience offers a unique opportunity to get close to the authentic Southern Lion Dance tradition.
