Changunarayan Temple located on a hilltop east of Kathmandu. This shrine is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and held in special reverence by the Hindu people, considered to be the oldest temple in Nepal. Once you reach the Tamang village, you will see the thatched houses, painted with ochre, are built by with local stone hand-hewn by local craftsmen. One can witness the deciduous forest and jaw-dropping Himalayan range stretching from the Everest to Annapurna.
