Volastra
Volastra is an ancient hilltop village in the Cinque Terre, located above Manarola and surrounded by terraced vineyards and olive groves. Its name derives from “Vicus Oleaster”, the village of olive trees. Documented since the thirteenth century, it preserves the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Health and a weave of small alleys, overlooking beautiful views of the Ligurian sea and the agricultural landscape of the coast.

Groppo, a hamlet of Riomaggiore, is a small hilltop village in the Cinque Terre, located above Manarola and surrounded by terraced vineyards. Its history is linked to the Ligurian agricultural tradition, shaped over the centuries by dry stone walls and the cultivation of vines. Among small houses, paths and views of the sea, it preserves the authentic atmosphere of the Cinque Terre hinterland.
