Tha Phae Gate
Our bike ride will visit Pratu Tha Phae, which is the eastern gate of the Chiang Mai walled city. The somehow decrepit city wall offers a distant glimpse of the heyday of the Lanna kingdom.

(Bike Ride) Next, we will see a fine example of Lanna architecture at Wat Phra Singh. Highlights are the beautiful Viharn Lai Kham, enshrining a famous Buddha image, and the Ho Trai.

Three Kings Monument
(Bike Ride) The statue portrays the three founders of Chiang Mai, King Mengrai, King Ramkhamhaeng and King Ngam Muang. King Mengrai ruled Lanna, King Ngam Muang was ruler of Phayao and King Ramkhamhaeng was King of Sukhothai Kingdom.

Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara
(Bike ride) Wat Chedi Luang Varavihara is one of Chiang Mai’s most important temples, located in the ancient walled part of the city. Its most prominent feature is the massive and very impressive chedi (pagoda) dominating the area. The chedi was ordered by King Saen Muang Ma to enshrine the ashes of his father.
