Step into the ancient Shu Kingdom at Hongdingyan, a 3,000-square-meter imperial palace-themed hot pot restaurant in Chengdu. Your evening begins with a warm welcome by staff dressed in Han Dynasty attire, setting the stage for an immersive journey through 2,000 years of Sichuan culture.
As you settle into your reserved seat, the hot pot broth begins to simmer. Choose from signature broths like the Lychee Red Soup or Green Plum Sour Soup, served in traditional琉璃盏 glassware. A carefully curated set menu of premium meats, fresh vegetables, and handmade snacks is brought to your table.
