Itinerary
Guests will start out meeting at the Backyard Boil Trailer which has wrap around bar seating and shade coverings. Capt B (a lifelong local) will introduce the shrimping industry and its affects on the area while teaching guests how to prepare a local shrimp ceviche. Guests will help participate in a shrimp peeling competition to learn how to peel shrimp effectively.
Once the ceviche is finished as an appetizer the Lowcountry Boil will be started and Capt B will reveal his families recipe and secret ingredients.
