Discover authentic mezcal with local producers, visit traditional distillery, and enjoy guided tastings and traditional Oaxacan cuisine.
We'll visit a beautiful destilery (palenque), where you identify 3 differents process to make mezcal. You'll learn the traditional, artisanal and industrial methods. But we will focus in artisanal process. Also discover the best way to drink it through touch, smell, sight, and taste. In addition We going to my agave fields, you can learn about the different types of agave that grow in our region and you will try to cut pencas de maguey like authentic Mezcalero!
