The lesson at home involves learning the dough by hand and rolling it out with a rolling pin from the Emilian pastry. Guests will learn how to make the pastry to make tagliatelle, tortellini, tortelloni, ravioli and passatelli. Each guest has his own workplace with a rolling pin and a wooden work table. The lesson ends with the tasting of the products made.
