This is a great trip for those who are looking for an introduction into what the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer, as this hike is designed to focus on some of the local history as we take a leisurely stroll to quieter waterfalls. The trail is a gentle grade to a rewarding waterfall that is a great place to cool off on a hot day. If you are new to hiking this is a great trip due to the group never being more than a couple of miles from the cars. Water and snacks will be provided.
Please note that you will be following the guide from the meeting location to the trailhead. You will need a parking pass for Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
