Experience a daylong retreat in the nature of Antioquia, where the river, yoga and silence invite you to reconnect with your essence.
This holistic experience is designed for deep rest, energy cleansing and wellness.
Includes yoga class in front of the river, guided ecological walk, rituals with elements (fire, water), conscious eating type "Wellness Table", spaces of inner silence and moments of connection with the earth and the body. It is ideal for travelers looking for a spiritual break, away from noise and close to the origin. The retreat is personalized, for small groups of 2 to 4 people, over 16 years.
