Walk around the town, fields and vegetables gardens. Pick-up seasonal products and learn how to prepare traditional dishes with wild herbs (asparagus or fennel) or other typical receipts like the soup of Banari with the famous local onions, 'pasta' ravioli with ricotta cheese and parsley, or Tumbara (milk flan) and Pane Untinadu a Christmas dish to be enjoyed around the fireplace.
