The menu is Japanese home cooking, either “Oshizushi (pressed-sushi) Set”, “Seasonal Omotenashi Gozen (hospitality dish)” or "Sushi home party". After having fun cooking, you can enjoy a tasting in a traditional Japanese-style room with alcove. Don't worry—the table is sunken kotatsu-style, so you won't have to sit seiza-style. You will cook Nara's local cuisine and Japanese home cooking with your host at her home. The home is a house in a quiet residential area. It is located on a hillside in a secluded area. You will have a chance to relax and taste the dishes you have prepared in a traditional Japanese-style room. The Japanese-style room has a tokonoma (alcove) and tea utensils of traditional Japanese culture.
