Itinerary
With our mozzarella-making class, you will learn how to make mozzarella from scratch. Be prepared to wear gloves and put your hands in hot water to work on stretching the curd. We will discuss the family history of Masseria Amodio and their tradition of making dairy products. After the class, we will walk down to the aging room, completely carved into the cave, where you can enjoy a glass of fresh wine and taste the fresh products. We will also have a tour of Masseria, before to head to the end of this wonderful experience that will create a great memory for you and your companions. We keep the group small (maximum 10 guests) to maximize the experience.
