You can choose your favorite place, from popular tourist destinations in Tokyo to local towns where the locals live. Please select your preferred shooting location from the meeting point list. We will provide you with the details of the meeting point for the day once your booking is confirmed. If you have another preferred location for the photoshoot, please let us know via chat or when making your booking. If you do not have a specific location preference, we will provide recommendations for you! ＜Important Notice＞・After your booking is confirmed, we will invite you to a LINE group chat with your assigned photographer or guide for smooth communication during the tour. If you do not have a LINE account, please download and register the app in advance. If you are unable to use LINE, please contact us separately. The shoot will take one hour and you will receive over 100 original images within one week of the shoot. We will then retouch and send you 10 of your favorite pictures.

If you are late for the meeting time, the shooting time and the number of data to be delivered may be reduced.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
