Upon landing at Mundo Maya International Airport, you will be greeted by our staff with a sign to your name to facilitate the encounter quickly and conveniently. Before you begin your tour to Tikal, you will have a few minutes to rest, enjoy your breakfast or drink as we prepare to start this amazing experience.

The meeting point in Flores will be in the “Yo Amo Petén” area. Our staff will have the name of the main traveler on file to easily identify you and coordinate the start of the tour in a comfortable and organized manner. We recommend to wait quietly in the agreed place while conducting the meeting. If anyone else approaches by offering tour to Tikal, please ignore any information if you do not mention the registered name on your booking.

En route to Tikal we will pass through the picturesque area of El Remate, where we will enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the majestic Lake Petén Itzá. When arriving in Tikal we will have time to use the sanitary services and preorder our lunch before starting the adventure through the ancient Mayan city.

Upon arrival we will perform the check of tickets and then a bracelet will be placed to start this incredible adventure. During the walk we will tour some of Tikal's restored squares, surrounded by impressive temples and ancient structures full of history. We will also be able to observe some of the amazing wildlife, such as tropical birds, monkeys jumping among the trees and hearing sounds in the middle of the jungle, plus some curious coati walking near the trails. We will have moments to rest, take pictures and climb some temples, including the famous Temple IV, known worldwide for its appearance in Star Wars and considered one of the highest temples in the Mayan world. The last square we will visit will be the stunning Lost World complex, considered one of the main astronomical centers of the ancient city, becoming the perfect farewell to this incredible adventure in the heart of the jungle.

After finishing a fascinating tour of the grandiose Tikal, we will delight with a delicious local lunch, ideal to relax and share the experiences lived during the adventure. Later we will start our return to Flores enjoying the last landscapes of the petenera forest.

Upon arrival in Flores, travelers who will remain on the island will finish their experience there. Those who have a return flight on the same day will have free time to explore the charming Isla Bonita de Flores on their own, travel its colorful streets and enjoy its unique atmosphere. Afterwards, at 6:00 pm, we will transfer to Mundo Maya International Airport so that you can take your flight back to Guatemala.
