After knowing why it tastes as delicious as it is, you will learn to properly cut and arrange the fine foods to get the perfect Austrian charcuterie board. After all the cooking and learning, you’ll sit down with your instructor to enjoy the meal along with the wines and will have time to get to know more about Austria and its typical dishes.
