We will depart from Bari at 08:30 for a day exploring three jewels of the Valle d’Itria. Polignano a Mare is a coastal town famous for its cliffs and the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The historic center, with its narrow streets, arches, and flower-filled balconies, overlooks beaches like Lama Monachile. We will stop here for 2 hours. Ostuni, the “White City,” stands on a hill with spectacular views, and its historic center is a labyrinth of narrow streets where houses whitewashed with “lime” create a unique atmosphere. We invite you to take advantage of the 2.5 hours available to taste typical local dishes. Finally, Locorotondo is renowned for its circular center, white houses adorned with flowers, and the “cummerse,” typical sloping roofs.
