- Pick some cherries from the trees (During the harvesting season) - Process cherries. - Test moisture content. - Experience the pilon. - Roast your own coffee to take home! (each group of 2 or 3 adults will have a machine to roast a small batch of coffee as you learn about the roasting process) - Sort and package your coffee beans. - Drink some coffee brewed in a variety of ways. - **Geisha coffee tasting is included!**
