You’ll rest on a 4-inch thick CertiPUR-US® certified memory foam mattress designed to cradle and support your body so you can fully let go — no hard floors, no distractions, just a cozy space created for rest.
As you relax, our practitioners will surround you with the soothing tones of quartz crystal singing bowls, along with the powerful resonance of the gong and complementary sound instruments that fill the room with calming vibration. To deepen your relaxation, you’ll also enjoy a warm heated eye mask, helping you sink even further into the experience.
