This relaxed and immersive cooking workshop takes place in a beautiful rural setting in Corfu, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Under the guidance of a local Greek chef, participants prepare a selection of traditional Mediterranean dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the island and nearby producers.
You’ll work hands-on with local fish, seasonal vegetables, wild herbs, extra virgin olive oil, artisanal cheeses, and freshly baked bread, learning simple techniques and time-honored recipes that reflect the essence of Corfiot and Greek cuisine.
