After this trip to the past, we will take some time to enjoy the peace of the island with a full lunch (payable in part) at a selected seafront restaurant. It will be the perfect occasion to taste the authentic flavors of Senegal, such as fresh fish or the iconic Thiéboudienne, before returning to the continent.

In the afternoon, back in the capital, we will head towards the great milestones of Senegalese modernity. The first major challenge will be the African Renaissance Monument, a colossal bronze structure that surpasses the Statue of Liberty in height. Here we launch a challenge to the most fearless: climb its 198 steps to reach the top and be rewarded with the most spectacular 360° panoramic view of the entire peninsula.

We will continue our tour along the coast of the Corniche, making an obligatory photo stop at the Mosque of Divinity, whose silhouette seems to magically float on the waves of the Atlantic.
