You will get a unique insight look of whats behind a bottle of wine. You will get to taste different wines from vineyards, learn about the history of winemaking and learn how Corsica became one of the most interesting wine region in France. We will visit wineries, and wine cellars, you’ll learn about Corsican history and the challenges that the wine industry is facing with the climate change. Picnic in the vines made with local and seasonal products in a peaceful surrounding.

Emilie works with different vineyards around Patrimonio, so the meeting point is to give you an approximate idea of the location for the experience. You will meet directly at the wine estate picked for the day.
And you do need your own car as taxis are expensive & rare in Corsica

You will drive to the vineyard where we will meet and our journey to wine discovery with Ce Qui Nous Lie (What brings us together) will begin. Emilie, sommelier (who lived in South Africa, England & Ireland) & Leika, her dog mascot (and the real star of the show) offer an astonishing olfactory stroll through the people, flavours and scenery that make up Corsica's wine growing world today.There are about 40 vineyards around Saint-Florent, and Emilie will select one or two to showcase the diversity and richness of Corsican wines.
