Learn how to cook a traditional Gambian dish such as DOMODA: a savoury peanut stew, pumpkin. Fish/beef. YASSA: mustard and onion, lemon, chicken/fish. BENACHIN: vibrant dish it combines rice, tomato, cabbage, carrots, and your choice of meat or fish mix with an array of spices.
