This is a 16th century manor house, and it is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved examples of Renaissance architecture in Romania. After we drive 10 minutes to Vidraru Dam, a massive 1960s engineering marvel and its stunning 16 km long lake, bordering the Făgăraș National Park.
