What You'll Do: We'll meet as the first light tints the sky. You'll grab your board, and our coaches will lead a brief warm-up on the sand before guiding you into the water. This is the famed "Dawn Patrol."
2. Healthy & Hearty Breakfast: Refuel and Recharge
What You'll Do: After working up an appetite in the sea, you'll head back to our beachfront restaurant. Here, you'll sit down to a well-earned, nutritious breakfast specially crafted to replenish your energy.
