Itinerary
In this cooking class, you will prepare the authentic Pesto alla Genovese with me, using the finest basil in the world and a traditional marble mortar. We will then use the pesto to dress homemade gnocchi, which we will make together. To conclude, we will enjoy a delicious tiramisu.
After the preparation, we'll sit down together to enjoy the dishes we've made, along with the focaccia that I prepared beforehand. We'll pair our meal with some prosecco, and I’ll happily offer one bottle for every three people.
You don’t need to bring anything; all materials will be provided by me.
