The experience begins in the majestic brandy cellar, a veritable temple to wine, where an audiovisual show immerses us in the history and mystery of this unique place. We will stroll through the historic cellars, discovering the art of the soleras and criaderas system and admiring the centuries-old casks that hold the soul of the wine.
The tour continues to the oldest part of the winery, where the historical archive of samples, the various ranges of wines and the legacy of the Góngora family—who have kept this tradition alive for over four centuries—are preserved.
