Begin your morning aboard a traditional sailing vessel as we leave the harbor and head into open water. Once underway, your certified yoga instructor leads a 60-minute flow session on deck — sun salutations timed to the sunrise, breathwork synchronized with the rhythm of the sea, and a closing meditation as the sails fill with the morning breeze. The session is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Mats, props, and water are provided.
