This session combines the best of mind and body care so you disconnect, recharge and connect with your being. The session includes: A yoga class to relax body and mind, or a guided meditation session. A 1-hour massage, which you can choose from aromatic relaxant with essential oils of lavender, or decontractor with essences of the forest, or ancestral session of foot reflexology, or the traditional Japanese Kobido facial massage.
