Terminal A:
Private pickup: Landing → Contact pickup staff → Collect luggage → Exit terminal → Wait at Passenger Pickup Zone 5 or 6.
Hotel shuttle: Collect luggage → Follow AirTrain signs → Take AirTrain to P4 Station → Go to Hotel Shuttles Area 1 → Take hotel shuttle → Show passport/ID at hotel front desk.
Terminal B:
International: Immigration → Collect luggage → Exit through Door 2 → Cross the road → Wait at Passenger Pickup Zone 4.
Domestic: Collect luggage → Exit through Door 2 → Wait at Zone 4.
Hotel shuttle: Follow AirTrain signs → Take AirTrain to P4 Station → Go to Hotel Shuttles Area 1 → Take hotel shuttle → Show passport/ID at hotel front desk.
Terminal C:
