1. Anko Flower Wagashi Experience: Anemone Bite-Size Ohagi Box
Schedule Meet 10:50 / Start 11:00 / End 14:00 Meet 09:50 / Start 10:00 / End 13:00 (Weekdays only)
Learn the basics of Wagashi and the beauty of Anko. Using white bean paste colored with natural vegetable and fruit powders, the instructor demonstrates flower-piping techniques. After practice, create anemone-style Anko flowers and decorate bite-size Ohagi in a bamboo-themed box. Enjoy light refreshments, photo time, and matcha tea. The finished box can be taken home.
