-Welcome and welcome (4 pm) -Introduction to the excellent olive oil and its production (from the field to the mill) demonstration of the various means used for the olive harvest, with an attached visit to the mill and related explanation of the milling processes and grains, subsequently olfactory test of extra virgin olive oil (learn to recognize it from the scent) and INFARINA hands for the creation of the typical Calabrian pasta the fileja. (4.15 p.m. - 5.30 p.m.) - Aperitif in the olive grove with tasting of organic oil, organic traction products and pasta you create. (17.30-19.00) -Final greetings
