Pungtud Island, also called the Virgin Islands, is a peaceful and picturesque spot to visit in Panglao Bohol. It’s known for its crystal-clear, turquoise-colored water and clean white sand. The island is barren with no vegetation on it, and it’s completely submerged by every high tide which keeps the beach virgin. Its location draws the curiosity of tourists due to its C-shaped sandbar.
Take Instagramable pictures of the island and appreciate the natural beauty of a simple, bare, white sand island surrounded by the clearest ocean. We choose to visit Virgin Island when very few people do the same as we try to avoid the masses of tourists that flock there every morning after their island hopping trip.
