Escape the crowds of central Venice and join us in Mestre for an authentic, hands-on Italian cooking experience. Whether you're a food lover or just curious about pasta-making, this class is perfect for all levels.
We’ll start by preparing a creamy, traditional tiramisu, so it has time to rest while we cook. Then you'll learn to make homemade pasta from scratch, including a filled version like ravioli or tortelloni. Depending on the season, we may also add natural colors to the dough using ingredients like spinach or beetroot.
You'll prepare two sauces using fresh, local ingredients — and then enjoy everything you’ve made with wine, soft drinks, espresso, and even a taste of grappa!
