As part of our solidarity tourism activities of the “Train and travel” project, we organize culinary workshops in the Agban village to discover Atchan cuisine revisited in a vegetarian way. Through this workshop we aim to promote Atchan culture as well as the discovery (and exchange!) Of know-how. The women of Agban teach us their traditional cooking techniques, make us discover their culture and traditions (with songs!), The history of the village and the Ebrié people.
On the program: Purchase of ingredients at the traditional market, presentation of the village and Atchan culture, culinary workshop, songs and tasting all together in a festive atmosphere!
