A word about the experience: Upon arrival there will be small snacks and a drinks provided, then herbs and vegetables will be collected from the gardens. Aprons will be put on and an entire meal will be prepared together. In three hours, an appetizer will be made and then the pasta, made traditionally with wholemeal flour and semolina eggs or water, entirely by hand with the help of a rolling pin.
Stuffed ravioli and fettuccine or lasagna and capellini or strozzapreti, can be prepared on request alongside gnocchi. Different sauces for the pasta will be made too! A second vegetable-based dish will be put together and dessert will conclude the afternoon.
