We’ll start at the iconic Mercado Central, one of Europe’s largest and most beautiful fresh food markets.
In the morning tour, we’ll go inside to explore the vibrant stalls, learn about local ingredients, and enjoy a vermouth tasting—a favorite local tradition.
In the evening tour, the market is closed, but we’ll admire its stunning modernist architecture and uncover its historical and culinary significance from the outside.

From the market, we’ll continue with a relaxed walk through the charming old town, filled with stories, culture, and delicious stops.
In the morning, after the vermouth tasting, we’ll visit 2 additional tapas bars.
In the evening, we’ll stop at 3 tapas bars, perfect for soaking up the lively local atmosphere at golden hour.
At each bar, you’ll enjoy a selection of Mediterranean tapas with a drink included—always fresh, seasonal, and full of flavor.
