You will be accompanied by an official guide (from Valencia&Go) who will tell you the essential you need to know about Valencia, the Cuevas de San José and Salto de la Novia (in your chosen language). However, the boat trip through the caves is operated by local boatmen and may be conducted entirely in Spanish. If you have any questions, you can always ask the official Valencia & Go guide, he will be willing to answer them when you leave the caves.
