*The company will send you an email or WhatsApp message one day before to the flight time with the flight status and pick-up information;

*You will fly in a hot air balloon during 10 - 15 minutes up to 50 meters.

*A balloon flight is completely dependent on weather conditions: clouds, precipitation, wind strength, etc. The pilot knows the exact weather forecast a day in advance. But it happens sometimes, that the forecast is not confirmed. Therefore, for your safety, we can cancel the flight even at the launch site and reschedule it to another date.
