Train Cemetery – Colchani – Incahuasi Island

Colchani
We will pick up passengers at their respective hotels in Uyuni, then head to the train cemetery to see the old locomotives.
Next, we will head to the community of Colchani (the gateway to the salt flats), where we will find rustic craft workshops and the micro-plant for processing rustic table salt.
Continuing with the expedition to the majestic Salar de Uyuni, we will make stops to see salt extraction, the eyes of the salt flat, and the Sal Playa Blanca hotel, which currently only functions as a museum.
Later, we will visit the most popular island in the salt flat, located in the middle of the salt flat, Incahuasi Island (not accessible during the rainy season), where we will take a walk and appreciate large expanses of cacti, marine rock fossils, and spectacular 360° views from the viewpoint.
At the end of your tour, we will head to your salt accommodation to rest.
