Have you ever wondered why winegrowers put their wines in barrels?
So let me take you for an hour to discover woody wines, characteristic of Bordeaux wines!
For an hour, we will talk (a little) to understand the basics of cooperage. (But above all) Taste the same wine 6 times for 6 different experiences. (3cl per glass). At the end, you will be able to create (blend) the wine that suits you best!
