Pyramids of Giza
Your air-conditioned private car will collect you from your Hotel to start this classic Cairo tour. Your personal guide, a qualified Egyptologist, will accompany you on the short drive out to the Giza pyramids. Menkaure Pyramid
he Pyramid of Menkaure (also known as the Pyramid of Mykerinos) is the smallest of the three main pyramids on the Giza Plateau. Built around 2510 BC for Pharaoh Menkaure, the grandson of Khufu, it stands approximately 65 meters (213 feet) tall.
Despite its smaller size, the Pyramid of Menkaure is renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship. The lower portion was originally covered with polished red granite from Aswan, while the upper section was faced with fine white limestone, creating a striking contrast.
