I will guide you through the ancient art of "appicare", revealing my grandmother's secrets for perfect pici and dumplings. You will discover the Aglione della Val di Chiana, a rare local treasure that transforms a simple sauce into an explosion of taste.
As happens during the traditional Italian Sunday Lunch, we will relax with an authentic peasant appetizer: hot bruschetta, bird beans and our pecorino cheese....
