When booking the shared ATV option, travelers are assigned in pairs. If the total number of guests in the reservation leaves one traveler without a partner, that guest will need to use an individual ATV, and the corresponding upgrade fee will be paid during check in.

The lunch included with this tour is a single Mexican dish selected from the à la carte options available that day. It is provided as part of the standard service and cannot be adjusted for special diets, allergies, restrictions, or individual food preferences.

Animals are not permitted on this experience. For safety and operational reasons, guests may not board the transportation or participate in the tour with pets or companion animals.

To help protect the cenote, travelers planning to swim must enter the water without body products such as creams, lotions, sunscreen, insect repellent, or similar substances.

We will arrive at the eco-park ready for a day of jungle energy, refreshing water, cultural atmosphere, and adventure from different angles. The experience begins with a Mayan ceremony demonstration, adding a meaningful cultural opening before the day moves into the more active parts of the park.
From there, guests will explore and swim in a cavern cenote, where fresh underground waters create one of the most refreshing moments of the experience. The adventure continues with a short rappel descent of approximately 4 meters, followed by an ATV ride through jungle-style terrain, adding speed, dust, and outdoor excitement to the day.
