Your morning starts with a classroom briefing where your PADI-certified instructor covers the fundamentals — breathing through a regulator, equalizing, and underwater hand signals. Then we gear you up and head to the pool to practice skills in shallow water at your own pace. After a lunch break, you board the dive boat and head to Key Largo's coral reef — the only living barrier reef in the continental US. You'll complete two guided reef dives with your instructor, exploring coral formations, tropical fish, and marine life. The program wraps up around 5 PM.
