Itinéraire
The experience begins in a historic Villa of 1500, home to the farm that hosts the experiences. From there you enter the woods of San Miniato with Francesca, a Pro Truffle Maker with decades of field experience and her trained truffle dog. The search is true: no scripts, no truffles hidden in advance. You walk, you listen, you learn to read the woods.
Upon returning to the Villa, he sits at the table for tasting: freshly picked truffles, farm produce, local wine. A meal made of what the woods gave that morning.
Eleonora, your contact person, manages the Reservation and any communication before arrival. He speaks Italian and English and responds quickly to any questions.
