We will guide you step by step in the preparation, from the filling to the dough for fresh pasta, to the famous closure of the culurgionis "a sa spighitta" similar to an ear of wheat.
At the end of the course, we invite you to enjoy a sublime tasting of typical Sardinian products, including Culurgiones, local cheeses, traditional Panadas and Pratzidas, Prena Coconuts, homemade bread and good local wines.
