The experience will take place together with Lucia, guardian of this tradition and member of the historic local festival dedicated to cudduruni. Through its stories you will discover the history of the cudduruni and the territory
After an initial demonstration, you will begin the practical part by rolling out the dough already risen according to the traditional technique. You will stuff it with fresh ingredients, discovering flavors and rituals of Sicilian cuisine.
