Although Kaleiçi has a lot of history, this is suggested route (all points can be visited on foot):
Hadrian's Gate: The famous Roman arch from 130 AD which is the entrance to the old town.
- Broken Minaret : An interesting structure with Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman history.
- Karaalioğlu Park and Hıdırlık Tower : A seaside park with an ancient tower and beautiful views.
- Museum of Ethnography: The ideal place to get to know the culture and traditions of the region.
- Marina : The historic port of the city, with a very pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.
- Republic Square : The best viewpoint to see the port from above and take perfect photos.
In addition to visiting these places, you will have time to shop, eat something or have coffee.
