The tour offers an immersion in local history through products deeply rooted in the identity of the area: walnut, sotol and wine. Join us to learn how they are made, what their legacy is, and why they represent the essence of the real Parras. We will visit a Sotolera where we will discover the process of making sotol, traditional spirit drink from the states of Coahuila, Chihuahua and Durango. This place was born as an attempt to return to the origin, arises from the yearning of the elderly for the flavors of yesteryear, each distilled drop is the attempt to keep the traditions alive. We will also meet a small Nut Workshop. We will enter the countryside of Paris to marvel at the endless blue...

After a day of discovery, we will say goodbye at the statue of Juan Antonio de la Fuente in Plaza del Beso, a block from our meeting point and behind the Parish of Santa Maria de las Parras.

Finally, we will enter the countryside of Paris to marvel at the endless blue skies and the large expanses of vineyards, and with some luck we will see one or another native bird of the region such as the red cardinal and the roadrunner.
